Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours after the order is placed. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional events.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Available shipping methods are shown at checkout for your delivery address. Estimated transit time to the United States is 6–12 days after dispatch. Delivery times for other destinations depend on the destination and the shipping method selected.

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Keyboard shipping applies. Accessories do not incur an additional shipping charge when ordered with a keyboard.

Accessory-only orders ship free when the accessories subtotal is US$79 or more. Accessory-only orders below US$79 are charged the standard shipping rate for the destination. For U.S. orders containing keyboards, shipping is US$15 per order, including orders with two keyboards.

Returns & Refunds

Return Window
You may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, excluding shipping costs (including return label costs). To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team. Once you receive the return label, please ensure the return is shipped back to us within 14 days; otherwise, the return label will be voided, and you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be made before the order has shipped. Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after they are placed. Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment.

Inspection & Refund Process
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they are in their original condition. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and generally appear within 3 business days after processing.

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns once the packaging has been opened:

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund for defective items. Please do not return the item until you have contacted our customer service team.

Discounted & Replacement Items
Return and refund eligibility for sale, clearance, discounted, customer-service-discounted, and replacement items is determined case by case after discussion with our customer support team. Please contact our customer support team before returning these items.

Resale Policy
Returned items are never resold on our site. All products available for purchase are in new, unused condition.
